At Soil Interiors, we provide full-service Interior Design, which means we manage every step of the procedure. We handle everything, from the first ideas to the last styling and installation day.
The fun part comes when you, the client, approve designs, provide feedback, and make the final decisions. But the specifics? The fifty-eight emails you exchanged with your contractor? Keeping tabs on deliveries? Getting six tradespeople to arrive in the correct order? We are responsible for that.

Consultation
Based on your location, we will offer a choice of either an in-person or online consultation. This introductory session is usually scheduled for 1 hour. The first thirty minutes is dedicated to the getting to know the person behind the curtain; this is extremely crucial to understand the mind behind the vision. The next thirty minutes we dedicate to a list of direct questions related to the needs of the project serving as a basis for the next creative step.
Space Planning
A dream only becomes a goal once it's written on paper! Once we have an approved concept, we now take it a exciting step further, action. Each colour, furniture placement is laid out using our in-house design software. This brings the concept to life and is one of the more time-consuming steps of the project. The time allocated is highly specific to the complexity of the space.
Concept Development
Let's get the creative juices flowing! We now need to visualize the vision in a more thoughtful and realistic way. Concept development is shaped based on the initial consultation and is the personality stage of the project. Here we seek to understand what direction we need to take.
Project Management
Project management is a crucial step to ensure that all the planning is carried out to the highest level of precision and accuracy.
Each aspect of the project is monitored and managed by us! We take the stress away, so you can just enjoy your vision being brought to life.

Our Interior Design Phases
PHASE 1
(Concept Development)

This phase involves the initial consultation with our clients to understand their needs, ideas and budget. Our essential objective is to assemble as much data as conceivable with respect to the identity, way of life, and necessities of our clients. Furthermore, we aim to evaluate the amount of space required and will probably require within the future, as well as the specified use, association, aesthetics and arrangement of those spaces.

Once the consultation is concluded, we will start brainstorming ideas to present a concept to our clients through mood boards, concept boards, inspiration images and preliminary floorplans to establish the overall vision and design. ​​
PHASE 2
(Design Development)

When we start to investigate floor plan designs, we test different choices and gain a common understanding of the flow, functionality and aesthetics. Throughout this stage, various meetings will take place in which we showcase our thoughts to clients through visuals, sketches, and models to help in envisioning the dimensions, shape, and interrelation of spaces. We make a collection of drawings and outline details. On the off chance that there's a need to align the project scope with the development budget, it is fitting to make these alterations sooner instead of later for ideal productivity.
PHASE 3
(Design/Construction Documentation)

This phase involves the submission and approval of detailed plans by clients. These plans include: complete floor plans, finishes and materials schedules, electrical plans and layout plans.
During this phase, our focus is on changing the Plan Drawings into comprehensive and precise Development Documents. In these documents, we incorporate all the particular data, estimations, and explanations that are required to successfully pass on the complete plan concept to the builder. We outline the suitable associations for the building components, outline the specified materials, finishes, installations, equipment, and apparatuses for installation, and guarantee consistent coordination between our drawings and those given by the Engineer/Architect and any other experts included.

PHASE 4
(Procurement/Construction)

​We also refer to this phase as the Project Execution Phase. We as Soil Interiors take on the role of Project Manager and oversee the installation process from start to finish. It is during this phase that we are very hand's on, ensuring quality control, on-time delivery and adherence to detailed plans.
